Designation:

SAP Basis & GRC Consultant

Educational Qualifications Required:

Bachelors or Master's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or Engineering from Reputed Institutions

Experience required:

5+ years of Basis consultant Experience

Job Profile:

Responsibilities and Skills required.

Support SAP production systems, diagnose technical issues, and provide timely resolutions
Configure and manage user roles and authorizations in SAP systems. Fiori Apps activation.
Perform system monitoring, job scheduling, and process analysis.
Ensure system availability and performance through proactive maintenance and troubleshooting.
Analyze and optimize SAP system performance to meet service-level agreements (SLAs).
Manage and perform SAP system upgrades, support packs, and kernel upgrades.
Implement security policies and procedures to protect the SAP environment.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve complex technical issues.
Installation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP systems (S/4HANA CLOUD).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment
Role design, authorization management, and user provisioning in SAP ECC & S/4 HANA.
Perform SoD (Segregation of Duties) analysis and remediation.
Maintain audit compliance and support ITGC/SOX controls.
Conduct risk analysis and access review as per business requirements.
Troubleshoot authorization issues and work closely with functional/technical teams.
