SAP Authorization Consultant

The SAP Authorization Consultant will be responsible for supporting SAP S/4HANA, Fiori roles and authorizations, and user administration activities. Your role will involve analyzing and resolving user access issues, performing troubleshooting, and delivering effective solutions in a timely manner. You should have hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA and ECC security L2 support. Working experience in creating, modifying, and troubleshooting SAP authorization roles including single, composite, and derived roles is required. Additionally, you need to have experience with SAP user administration and role assignment through SU01, SU10, PFCG, and related transactions. Experience in SAP Fiori security, including role creation, catalog/group/tiles assignment, and troubleshooting, is essential. A good understanding of authorization concepts in various SAP modules such as FI, MM, SD, PP, and HCM is expected. You should be proficient in using security troubleshooting tools like SU53, ST01, STAUTHTRACE, and SUIM reports. Experience in transport management for authorization roles and knowledge of SAP HANA Database security concepts are also necessary. Familiarity with creating users, roles, and granting privileges in HANA Studio/Web IDE, understanding of HANA DB auditing and security monitoring, and knowledge of SAP HANA cockpit and security administration tools are required. Exposure to SAP GRC Access Control workflows and risk analysis, as well as awareness of SAP Cloud security and Identity Authentication Service (IAS), would be considered an advantage. In terms of soft skills, you should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication and client-facing experience are important, along with team collaboration and stakeholder management skills. The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines is also crucial for this role.,
