SAP Associate FICO Consultant (Transition To SAP CO Module)

Role & responsibilities

• Assist in configuration, customization, and support of SAP CO modules such as Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Profitability Analysis (COPA), and Product Costing.

• Collaborate with SAP FI and CO teams to ensure smooth integration and accurate data flow between Financial Accounting and Controlling modules.

• Analyze business requirements and support the design of SAP CO solutions tailored to client needs.

• Participate in system testing, end-user training, and preparation of detailed documentation related to SAP CO processes.

• Support daily SAP CO operations, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.

• Continuously upgrade knowledge on SAP CO best practices, reporting, and configuration.

• Work with functional and technical teams to enhance SAP CO functionalities and streamline controlling processes.

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum 1+ year of experience as an SAP FICO Consultant with hands-on exposure to SAP FI and initial experience or interest in SAP CO.

• Solid understanding of SAP Financial Accounting (FI) including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Asset Accounting.

• Basic knowledge or exposure to SAP Controlling modules such as Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Profitability Analysis (COPA), and Product Costing.

• Strong willingness and aptitude to learn SAP CO configuration, data migration, and reporting tools.

• Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills to interpret business processes and translate them into SAP solutions.

• Proficient communication skills to liaise effectively with business users and technical teams.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

• Familiarity with SAP tools and technologies such as SAP GUI, SAP modules integration, and basic reporting tools (e.g., SAP Query, SAP Reports).

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data handling is an advantage.

Additional Information:
