Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

SAP Ariba Sourcing Consultant
Analyze and document current sourcing processes ASIS analysis
Propose improvements and create a solution document for the desired future state TOBE process
Lead the design configuration and implementation of SAP Ariba Sourcing solutions
Create Sourcing templates as per business needs
Customize templates workflows and sourcing events within SAP Ariba
Integrate SAP Ariba with ERP systems eg SAP ECC Oracle and other thirdparty applications
Ensure smooth data flow and synchronization across systems for sourcing and procurement processes
Optimize sourcing and procurement workflows to improve efficiency
Translate business requirements into system configurations
Develop and document functional specifications and integration requirements
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand sourcing needs and objectives
Act as the primary point of contact for sourcing related discussions
Conduct workshops and training sessions for business users and procurement teams
Configure SAP Ariba Sourcing modules to meet client requirements
Manage system updates testing and release cycles
Provide ongoing support for SAP Ariba Sourcing solutions addressing issues and ensuring uptime
Troubleshoot and resolve technical or processrelated challenges
Ensure the sourcing process aligns with regulatory and organizational compliance requirements
Develop training materials and conduct user training sessions
Support the golive process ensuring a smooth transition to the new system
Monitor and optimize system performance and resolve any postgolive issues
