Description We are seeking a skilled SAP Ariba Consultant with 8-13 years of experience to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing and configuring SAP Ariba solutions, along with a deep understanding of procurement processes. You will play a critical role in collaborating with clients to optimize their procurement practices and enhance their use of SAP Ariba functionalities. Responsibilities Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and design SAP Ariba solutions to meet those needs. Implement and configure SAP Ariba solutions, including Procurement, Sourcing, Contract Management, and Supplier Management modules. Provide expertise in SAP Ariba best practices and methodologies to ensure optimal utilization of the platform. Conduct training sessions for end-users and key stakeholders to enhance system adoption and user proficiency. Analyze and optimize procurement processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of the Ariba system. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during implementation and post-implementation phases. Stay updated with the latest SAP Ariba functionalities and industry trends to provide strategic insights to clients. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. 8-13 years of experience in SAP Ariba consulting or relevant experience in procurement systems. Strong knowledge of SAP Ariba modules: Procurement, Sourcing, Contract Management, and Supplier Management. Proficiency in SAP Ariba Configuration and customization techniques. Experience with integration of SAP Ariba with other SAP and non-SAP systems. Excellent understanding of procurement processes and supply chain management principles. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and team members. SAP Ariba certification is a plus.
