SAP Ariba,
Should have hands-on experience working closely with at least one of the SAP Ariba modules either upstream (Sourcing, Contracts) or downstream (Procure-to-Pay, Invoicing, Guided Buying).
Familiarity with the Ariba modules where resource doesn't have hands on experience
Good understanding of P2P lifecycle: PR - PO - GR - SES - Invoice - Payment
Basic knowledge of Ariba-SAP integration via CIG or middleware (IDocs, web services)
Good communication and documentation skills.
