SAP and Dispatch Incharge

Neelkkanth Food and Beverages is a beverage (water) manufacturer located in Aligarh, UP, and is a trusted partner of Tata Copper+. The company is currently seeking a dedicated individual to join their team as an SAP and Dispatch In-Charge at their facility in Iglas, Aligarh, UP. As the SAP and Dispatch Incharge, you will play a crucial role in overseeing dispatch operations, managing inventory levels, and ensuring smooth handling of incoming and outgoing goods. Your responsibilities will also include coordinating with dispatch officials, preparing and submitting DPRs, reporting on raw materials and packaging materials, and efficiently managing overall operations. Key Responsibilities: - Implementation of SAP software - Supervision of dispatch operations - Maintenance of raw materials/packaging materials inventory - Preparation and submission of DPRs - Reporting on raw materials/packaging materials to relevant officials - Ordering and informing about inventory requirements in a timely manner To excel in this role, you must have experience working with SAP software, possess strong supervisory and operations management skills, demonstrate effective dispatching and communication abilities, exhibit excellent customer service skills, and showcase exceptional organizational and problem-solving capabilities. This is a full-time on-site position with a working shift of 12 hours, requiring round-the-clock monitoring. The shift may include both day and night hours based on operational requirements. Immediate availability and willingness to relocate are essential for this role. The salary for this position will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications and performance during the interview process, with a tentative CTC range of INR 18,000-23,000 per month.
