Sr. ABAP Consultant ( S/4 CDS)

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior SAP Consultant with a strong background primarily in ABAP programming and S/4HANA CDS (Core Data Services). The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in guiding our clients through the implementation, customization, and optimization of SAP solutions to meet their business requirements with an experience of 6 to 12 Yrs.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with functional consultants, business analysts, and end-users to understand business requirements and translate them into technical designs and solutions.

ABAP Development:

• Proficiency in ABAP programming, including object-oriented programming, and experience with SAP enhancements and user exits.
• Strong programming and technical skills in ABAP Object Oriented Programming.
• Hands on exp. in Enhancement techniques - EXITS, BADIS.
• Develop custom ABAP programs, enhancements, and interfaces to meet business needs.
• Optimize and enhance existing ABAP programs for performance improvements.
• Develop and maintain SAP Gateway services (OData services).
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices in ABAP development.
• Implement SAP notes and OSS solutions related to ABAP issues.

S/4HANA CDS Development:

• Solid understanding and experience with ABAP CDS (Core Data Services) and CDS views, including the creation of complex CDS entities and associations.
• Optimize and enhance existing CDS views for improved performance and data modeling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven expertise as an SAP Consultant with expertise primarily in ABAP and S/4HANA CDS.
• Strong hands-on experience in designing and custom ABAP programs and developing CDS views
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
