Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

ABAP on HANA (Basic Knowledge)
Strong understanding of OOPs Concept
In-depth understanding of the SAP ABAP programming language with any Labelling tool knowledge.
Experience with object-oriented programming, ABAP Objects and ABAP Workbench
Good Knowledge of Upgrade activities (SPAU/SPDD & Note Implementation)
Forms (Smartforms/ADOBE)
Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements.
Map client business requirements, processes and objectives; develop necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs.
Documentation of functional designs, test cases and results
Design, customize, configure and testing of the module.
Basic understanding in CSV process
Handle changes or emergency transports as needed for high priority issues.
Good exposure in document preparation (FS/URS etc)
Interface experience

Skill Requirement:

Minimum 8 years of ABAP experience
Pharmaceutical Experience is preferred.
Good Communication Skills
Handling Customer Escalations
Good Collaboration with external stakeholders
Patching and Labelling tool knowledge.
