Job Description

As a Senior Consultant in the IT Consulting team at EY, you will have the opportunity to work on various cloud implementation projects for clients worldwide. Your role will involve leading technical streams of projects, communicating with onsite coordinators, planning and monitoring project deliverables, mentoring project teams, and providing regular status updates. You will be responsible for building a quality culture, managing performance for direct reports, fostering teamwork, providing training and mentorship to project resources, and participating in organization-wide initiatives. Mandatory skills for this role include 3-7 years of experience, working knowledge in AS-ABAP on HANA, HANA Data Modelling Concepts, custom code push down techniques, practical knowledge of ABAP development toolkit (ADT), project experience in CDS and AMDP, module pool programming, Adobe Form, and Smart Form. Additionally, you should have expertise in ABAP Programming with experience in RICEFW development, user exits, customer exits, BADIs, new enhancement framework, SAP data migration tools, and SAP GATEWAY. Good to have skills include SAP HANA/ABAP skills, OData, and backend Fiori skills, along with real-time knowledge and experience in implementation and migration projects. A BE/B.Tech/MCA degree with 3-7 years of industry experience is required. Additional technical skills that will be advantageous for this role include HANA analytics for predictive and text analysis, knowledge of Fiori and SAP BO tools, as well as proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Preferred skills for this position include understanding and experience of software development best practices, excellent business communication skills, and strong leadership skills.
