SAP ABAP on HANA-Manager

As a Manager in the IT Consulting team, your primary role will involve working on diverse cloud implementation projects for our global clientele. Your responsibilities will include leading technical teams, collaborating with onsite coordinators, overseeing project deliverables, mentoring project teams, providing regular status updates, engaging with customer representatives, and being open to travel as required. In terms of people management, you will be expected to cultivate a quality-driven culture, oversee performance management for direct reports, promote teamwork, offer training and mentorship to project resources, and actively participate in organization-wide people initiatives. Mandatory skills for this role include 3-7 years of experience, proficiency in AS-ABAP on HANA, understanding of HANA Data Modelling Concepts, familiarity with custom code push down techniques, practical knowledge of ABAP development toolkit (ADT), project experience in CDS and AMDP, expertise in Module Pool Programming, Adobe Form, and Smart Form, strong ABAP programming skills with experience in RICEFW development, in-depth knowledge of User Exits, Customer Exits, BADIs, and new enhancement framework, familiarity with SAP data migration tools, SAP GATEWAY, and good-to-have skills in SAP HANA/ABAP, OData, and backend Fiori. Additional technical skills that would be advantageous include proficiency in HANA analytics for predictive and text analysis, knowledge of Fiori and SAP BO tools, as well as familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Preferred skills for this role encompass an understanding of software development best practices, excellent business communication skills, and strong leadership abilities.
