SAP ABAP (HR and Non-HR) Consultant

As a skilled SAP ABAP Developer with 3+ years of experience in HR & Non-HR modules, your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain ABAP applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality SAP solutions. Your key responsibilities will include developing ABAP programs such as reports, module pool, BDC, and OOP. You will also create Smart Forms, Adobe Forms, and Web Dynpro applications. Additionally, you will build and manage Function Modules, RFCs, BAPIs, and Web Services. You will utilize BADIs and User Exits to enhance SAP functionality and optimize performance while debugging ABAP programs. Maintaining ABAP Dictionary objects and technical documentation will also be part of your role. Your must-have skills include proficiency in ABAP (OOP, BDC, Web Dynpro, Smart Forms, Adobe Forms), BADI, User Exits, RFCs, BAPIs, strong debugging, performance tuning, and experience with non-HR SAP modules such as SD, MM, FI. It would be beneficial if you have experience with SAP HANA/ABAP on HANA, SAP Fiori/UI5, and knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies. Ideally, you hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/IT or a related field and possess strong communication and analytical skills. The project duration is a minimum of 6 months, extendable based on performance and project requirements.,
