SAP ABAP

Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP ABAP developer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and maintaining ABAP applications, along with strong collaboration skills to work effectively with functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Designing, developing, and maintaining ABAP programs and reports
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues in existing ABAP applications
• Collaborating with functional teams to gather requirements and design technical specifications
• Performing unit tests and supporting system integration testing
• Optimizing performance of existing ABAP code
• Participating in code reviews and ensuring adherence to coding standards

Skills and Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in SAP ABAP development
• Strong knowledge of ABAP programming language and concepts
• Experience with SAP modules such as SD, MM, and FI
• Proficient in using SAP tools such as SmartForms, Adobe Forms, and SAP Scripts
• Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles in ABAP
• Familiarity with SAP HANA and CDS views
• Experience with performance tuning and optimization of ABAP programs
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
