Application Developer – SAP ABAP HANA

Locations:

Pune, Coimbatore

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced

SAP ABAP HANA Developer

with hands-on expertise in

ABAP CDS, AMDP, and RAP

in the

BTP ABAP environment

. The candidate will develop and maintain custom entities, applications, and RAP business objects, enabling data enrichment, reporting, and FIORI/UI integrations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain RAP models, business objects, and CDS entities.
  • Implement managed, unmanaged, and mixed save behavior for RAP applications.
  • Design custom entities and applications for reporting and data enrichment.
  • Handle LOB operations, including file uploads and data parsing using XCO classes.
  • Expose entities for FIORI UI, WebAPI, and other integrations.
  • Work with Application Job Catalogs and Templates for deployment and automation.
  • Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure high-quality development and delivery.

  • RAP (Restful ABAP Programming Model)

  • Experience in BTP ABAP Environment
