A reputed residential complex in Newtown, Kolkata. Very good environment and society also. With the declaration of Newtown becoming a smart city, residents are happier than before.

Half finished appartement complex with very poor maintainance. The metro rail pass right next to the buildings. The complex resembles a ghost town instead of a proper complex the only reason people might live thwre is location.

I stayed there for over three years on rent at Tower no 11, Flat 11D. I vacated in September 2017 (moved out of Kolkata due to Job) and still waiting for refund of Security Deposit.

A very good residence complex with all modern amenities. Swimming pool, badminton court. A very good place to live.
