A very good society to live. Location is the best in Newtown. Novotel hotel, Axis Mall, Biswa Bangla gate all are pretty close. Community market is near by. Anything you require is within 1 KM. Complex maintenance is also pretty good. Carpet area ratio of flats are more than newer complexes.
