Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement the sales strategy for construction chemicals at a national level. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in domestic and international markets. Job Title: Account Executive Location: Visakhapatnam / Anakapalli, Andhra Pradesh Department: Finance & Accounts Reports To: Accounts Manager / Senior Manager – Finance Job Purpose: To manage day-to-day accounting operations at the plant/office, ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, compliance with statutory requirements, and support the finance team in budgeting, audits, and cost control activities. Key Responsibilities: Day-to-Day Accounting Maintain general ledger, sales, purchases, journal entries, and bank transactions. Handle petty cash and employee reimbursement entries. Ensure timely data entry in Tally or relevant ERP. Invoicing & Receivables Generate GST-compliant invoices. Track receivables and follow up with customers for payments. Maintain aging report and customer ledger. Payables & Vendor Management Process vendor bills and ensure timely payments. Maintain vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies. Banking & Reconciliation Bank reconciliation statements (BRS) monthly. Liaise with the bank for cheque deposits, fund transfers, and other banking operations. Taxation & Compliance Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, 3B), TDS returns. Ensure timely payment of GST, TDS, and PF/ESIC as applicable. MIS & Reporting Prepare monthly MIS reports – P&L, cash flow, expense analysis. Assist in budgeting and cost control measures. Desired Candidate Profile: Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance / CA Inter (preferred) Experience: 2–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in the manufacturing/mining/logistics sectors.
