Job Position (Title)-Salsify Lead/Architect Total Exp -8 Years + Work Locations- Gurugram, Hyderabad, Pune, Noida Technical Skill Requirements- Salsify , PIM, Ecommerce ,SAAS Role and Responsibilities Act as SPOC for the solutions/ applications being developed interacting with client Participate in scoping, estimating efforts etc. Collaborate in coming up with milestone plans, key deliverables, assumptions, commercials, and dependencies etc. Drive solution architecture, design and maintain efficient, reusable, and customizations Take critical technical decisions to meet client expectation. Define best practices and standards. Define code review process for the team to follow and perform code reviews for customizations Ensure that team maintains high level of technical competence. Thought leadership - identify business problems and come up with ideas to build solutions & frameworks to offer to various clients and monetize Generate and execute skill building plans Assist in hiring right talent to organization Motivate and mentor team members. Contribute to white papers, blogs Contribute to Pres-Sales Activities Contribute to Practice related Activities. Required Skills 12+ years of experience in PIM (Salsify ) and Java / J2EE , JavaScript. Experience implementing PIM with the products Salsify is mandatory. Design the overall architecture of the PIM system, including data models, workflows, and integration points. Design and implement integrations between the PIM system and other enterprise systems, such as ERP, e-commerce platforms, and DAM (Digital Asset Management) systems Customize the PIM solution to handle specific business needs, such as product attributes, categories, and classifications, workflows Experience with Global Data Synchronization Network (GDSN) Experience in implementing security measures to protect sensitive product information, including access controls, encryption, and audit trails.
