SALON RECEPTIONIST

About the Job:

We are looking for a friendly and organized Salon Receptionist to join our team! You will be the first person our customers see when they walk into the salon, so it’s important that you enjoy talking to people and making them feel welcome.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet customers with a smile when they arrive
• Answer phone calls and help customers book or change appointments
• Keep track of bookings and schedules for stylists
• Handle payments and give receipts
• Keep the front desk area clean and tidy
• Help with small tasks around the salon when needed

What We’re Looking For:

• Friendly and polite personality
• Good communication skills
• Basic computer skills (to use our booking system)
• Able to stay calm and helpful, even when it’s busy
• Organized and responsible

Nice to Have (But Not Required):

• Experience working at a salon or in customer service
• Interest in beauty or hair care
