Get Gorgeous is a premium Beauty Bar offering expert hair, skin, and nail services in a stylish, modern setting. We pride ourselves on providing a luxurious and seamless experience for every client who walks through our doors.

We’re looking for a Front Desk Receptionist who is well-spoken, professional, and passionate about customer service, someone who will represent the elegance and energy of our brand.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and welcome clients in a warm, professional manner.
Manage client appointments and salon scheduling.
Handle phone and in-person inquiries efficiently.
Coordinate with stylists and beauticians for smooth service flow.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
Process payments, issue receipts, and manage billing records.
Upsell salon services, packages, and retail products.
Maintain client records and assist in daily administrative tasks.

Requirements

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a salon, spa, or hospitality front-desk role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. (English is mandatory)
Basic computer proficiency (experience with booking or billing software preferred).
Pleasant personality and professional grooming.
Ability to multitask and manage client flow during peak hours.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
