Make and confirm appointments by email and phone. Handle credit card and cash transactions and provide receipts. Serve drinks and engage in conversation with those waiting in the area. Answer inquiries about services, greet walk-ins, and set up appointments based on availability. Notify customers about new offerings and savings. When applicable, cross-sell goods and services (e.g. through gift cards and educational pamphlets). Update client records with appointments, services provided, and contact and billing information. Oversee our phone center. Keep the reception area neat. As needed, place orders for stationery, business cards, and brochures.
