Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field.
• 1–3 years of sales experience (pipe industry preferred).
• Strong communication & negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently within assigned territory.

Preferred Background:

• Prior experience in PVC pipe sales..

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Achievement of sales targets.
• Number of new dealers/distributors added.
• Customer retention & repeat business.
• Market share growth in the assigned region.
