Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable interacting with customers, generating leads, and managing sales pipelines using CRM tools. You will play a key role in driving business growth and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
• Use Zoho CRM or similar tools to manage leads, track customer interactions, and maintain accurate records.
• Conduct research to identify potential leads, particularly within service center networks.
• Prepare and maintain reports, trackers, and dashboards using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and other channels to drive sales.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation and conversion.
