Key Responsibilities: - Greet and engage customers both in-store and through video consultations. - Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable ethnic wear options such as lehengas, sarees, and suits. - Demonstrate a deep understanding of fabrics, embroidery, trends, and fittings to assist customers effectively. - Upsell and cross-sell products to increase sales revenue. - Manage customer relationships, provide after-sales support, and foster brand loyalty. - Maintain a visually appealing store presentation to enhance customer experience. - Achieve and surpass sales targets set by the management.
