Job Description

Customer Handling

  • Greet customers and understand their jewellery requirements.
  • Show gold ornaments like rings, chains, bangles, earrings, etc.
  • Explain product details, purity, weight, pricing, making charges.
  • Provide a smooth and pleasant shopping experience.

Sales & Product Knowledge

  • Suggest designs based on customer needs.
  • Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of gold purity, hallmarking, weight, karat, trends.

Stock & Display Management

  • Arrange and maintain showroom display counters.
  • Ensure all jewellery items are clean, safe, and properly tagged.
  • Assist in stock counting and inventory management.

Billing & Documentation

  • Coordinate with billing team for invoices.
  • Handle basic computer entries (optional).
  • Ensure proper packing of sold items.

Showroom Maintenance

  • Keep counters neat and hygienic.
  • Maintain discipline, grooming, and showroom decorum.

Security & Safety

  • Follow showroom security protocols for handling gold jewellery.
  • Ensure proper handling, checking, and returning of items to safe room.

Required Skills:

  • Good communication & customer service.
  • Basic knowledge of gold and jewellery (training can be provided).
  • Polite, confident, and presentable personality.
  • Ability to convince customers and close sales.

Eligibility:

  • 10th / 12th Pass
  • Freshers can apply
  • Male candidates preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
