Salesman-Garment Industry

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Salesman who can effectively manage sales, warehouse operations, manufacturing coordination, and data entry tasks. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the garments/fabric industry, with strong communication and computer skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Customer Handling

• Assist walk-in customers with fabric and garment selections (Men’s wear).
• Explain product features, quality, pricing, and offers to customers.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.

Warehouse & Inventory Management

• Maintain proper stock records of fabrics and finished garments.
• Coordinate with warehouse team for material dispatch, inward & outward entries.
• Ensure proper handling and stacking of goods.

Manufacturing Coordination

• Liaise with production team to track manufacturing status and timelines.
• Maintain production records and update order sheets accordingly.
• Monitor daily production updates and coordinate for timely order fulfilment.

Data Entry & Administration

• Enter sales, inventory, and manufacturing data in Excel and other software systems.
• Maintain accurate records of stock, orders, bills, and returns.
• Generate daily and weekly MIS reports for management review.

Key Skills Required:

• Experience in fabric or garment sales (Men’s wear preferred)
• Knowledge of warehouse and stock management
• Basic understanding of manufacturing and production cycles
• Proficiency in MS Excel & basic computer operations
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability

Qualification:

• Minimum 12th pass or Graduate
• Diploma or experience in textile/garments/fashion will be an added advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
