Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales (Interiors) position, based in Bengaluru. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for understanding client needs, presenting design solutions, and aligning them with client expectations. Day-to-day tasks include communicating with clients, managing customer service interactions, training junior sales staff, and overseeing sales management activities. The role requires maintaining strong client relationships and achieving sales targets through effective presentations and negotiations.

Qualifications

• More than 1 years experience required for interiors background .
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven Sales and Sales Management experience
• Experience in Training junior sales staff
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Knowledge of interior design and home décor trends is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field
