Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced nCino Salesforce Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce development and hands-on experience with nCinos Bank Operating System, particularly in Commercial Lending. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and customizing solutions to enhance our financial services platform, ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance requirements. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop scalable solutions on the Salesforce Lightning Platform with a focus on nCino functionality. Customize and configure nCino modules such as Commercial Loan Origination (CLO), Collateral, Covenant Tracking, Spreads, and Document Manager. Build and maintain Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce pages, and Flows. Integrate Salesforce/nCino with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, or ETL tools. Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, and code reviews with cross-functional teams. Ensure code quality, reusability, and adherence to Salesforce governor limits and best practices. Collaborate with QA and UAT teams to troubleshoot issues and support deployment activities. Maintain documentation for configurations, development work, and release notes. Required Qualifications: Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development. Minimum 2+ years of experience working on nCino platform implementations. Proficiency in Apex, LWC, SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce configuration. Strong understanding of nCino data models, workflows, and configuration tools. Experience with Salesforce deployment tools like Salesforce DX, Gearset, Copado, or Change Sets. Excellent understanding of banking/lending processes, especially Commercial Lending.
