Salesforce Technical/Solution Architect

As a Salesforce Technical/Solutions Architect, your role involves leading technical design sessions and architecting solutions that are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with industry best practices. You will serve as the technical authority on the Salesforce platform, guiding project teams and mentoring junior architects and developers. Collaboration with business stakeholders, product owners, and functional consultants to define and refine business and technical requirements will be a key responsibility. Key Responsibilities: - Lead technical design sessions and document solutions that are scalable and maintainable. - Guide project teams and mentor junior architects and developers. - Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and functional consultants to define and refine requirements. - Design and oversee the implementation of complex integrations with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, and other integration patterns. - Conduct code and design reviews to ensure solution quality and adherence to architectural standards. - Maintain a deep understanding of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud's data model, features, and capabilities. - Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, data models, and technical specifications. Qualifications Required: - 12+ years of experience in Salesforce, with at least 5 years in a Technical or Solutions Architect role. - Mandatory and significant experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) implementations for at least 2 projects. - Extensive hands-on experience with Salesforce development technologies such as Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, and Flows. - Proven expertise in designing and implementing enterprise-level integrations. - Strong understanding of Salesforce security, data models, and sharing/visibility models. - Experience with Agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum). - Salesforce Certified Application Architect, Financial Service Cloud, and/or System Architect certifications are highly preferred.
