Salesforce Technical Architect

As a Technical Architect, you will be responsible for designing and managing the delivery of complex Salesforce solutions for our customers. Your expertise will encompass various technologies such as Salesforce.com products and APIs, Apex/Visualforce, Lightning, mobile development technologies, and integration/ETL technologies. You are expected to be a strategic thinker with a keen problem-solving ability, possessing both broad and deep knowledge and skills in the technical domain. Collaboration with client stakeholders is a key aspect of your role, involving defining requirements, deliverables, and managing expectations. You will translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that effectively leverage the Salesforce platform. Leading technical design sessions, documenting technical solutions aligned with client business objectives, and overseeing Salesforce projects are integral parts of your responsibilities. Furthermore, you will be required to establish coding standards, conduct code reviews, and manage the technical delivery of custom development, integrations, and data migration elements of Salesforce implementations. Maintaining a target billable utilization aligned with the role, debugging project issues, and engaging in pre-sales activities like discovery and technical deep-dive sessions are also expected from you. Additionally, you will liaise with Salesforce product teams to support client implementations and travel to client sites for projects as needed. To be successful in this role, you should have a degree or equivalent proven experience along with 9-14 years of CRM experience, including a minimum of 6 years on the Salesforce platform. Expertise in the Salesforce product suite, systems architecture, design patterns, data integration, environment management, release management, and deployment methodologies is essential. Familiarity with data sharing, platform authentication patterns, platform security capabilities, and large web-based systems is also required. Active Salesforce certifications or the ability to achieve relevant certifications upon hire would be beneficial.
