Salesforce Team Lead/Architect

Role Overview: As a Salesforce Team Lead/Architect specializing in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Field Service Lightning (FSL), you will play a crucial role in designing and delivering scalable solutions to enhance the Salesforce platform in alignment with business goals. Your primary responsibilities will include: Key Responsibilities: - Customizing and configuring Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud to meet specific business requirements. - Implementing end-to-end Salesforce solutions, providing support, and mentoring the team at an architect level. - Designing and implementing solutions using Field Service Lightning (FSL) to support scheduling, dispatching, and field operations, including mobile workflows, scheduling, and resource optimization. - Developing responsive and user-friendly applications using Salesforce Lightning Components, Lightning App Builder, and the Aura framework. - Creating and maintaining custom objects, workflows, process builders, and Lightning Components. - Designing and implementing integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware (e.g., MuleSoft), and AppExchange solutions. - Developing custom Lightning Web Components (LWCs) to enhance the Salesforce user interface. - Optimizing performance and usability of Salesforce Lightning Experience for end-users. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable, high-quality solutions. - Performing unit testing, troubleshooting, and debugging to ensure system functionality and reliability. - Maintaining comprehensive documentation for system configurations, custom processes, and integrations. Qualifications Required: - 7+ years of Salesforce development & certification experience with a focus on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. - Proven expertise in Field Service Lightning (FSL) implementation and customization. - Proficiency in Lightning Components, Lightning App Builder, and the Aura framework. - Strong understanding of integration techniques using REST/SOAP APIs or middleware platforms. - Advanced skills in Apex, Visualforce, and SOQL. - Salesforce certification preferred. - Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills.,
