Salesforce Sr. Tech Architect/ Principal Consultant

Role Overview: As a Principal Consultant, your role will involve interfacing with key stakeholders and leveraging your technical proficiency throughout various stages of the Software Development Life Cycle. You will be responsible for conducting Requirements Elicitation, defining Application Architecture, and designing high-level artifacts. Your contribution will be crucial in identifying efficient solutions to meet client requirements and guiding the team technically. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with the offshore team, acting as a communication bridge between the client and offshore. Key Responsibilities: - Interface with key stakeholders to understand requirements and expectations - Apply technical proficiency across different stages of the SDLC - Create Architecture and high-level design artifacts to ensure project alignment - Conduct technical feasibility assessments to determine project feasibility - Identify and implement efficient solutions to fulfill client requirements - Guide the team technically to ensure project success - Collaborate closely with the offshore team for seamless project execution - Act as a communication medium between the client and offshore for effective coordination - Embrace and promote a learning culture emphasizing teamwork, collaboration, excellence, diversity, and respect Qualification Required: - Minimum 11 years of experience in Salesforce - Proficiency in Salesforce technologies including Classic SFDC, force.com, salesforce dotcom, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, and Vlocity Please note: Salesforce certifications and experience in CRM technologies such as SFDC Sales Cloud, SFDC Service Cloud, and Salesforce Lightning are preferred skills for this role.
