Salesforce Sr. Tech Architect/ Principal Consultant

In the role of Principal Consultant, you will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle. This includes Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition, and Design. You will play an important role in creating the Architecture and high-level design artifacts. Additionally, you will conduct technical feasibility assessments and identify efficient ways to fulfill client requirements. Your responsibilities will also involve guiding the team technically and closely collaborating with the offshore team, serving as a communication bridge between the client and offshore. Furthermore, you will be an integral part of a learning culture that values teamwork, collaboration, excellence, diversity, and respect. Key Responsibilities: - Interface with key stakeholders - Apply technical proficiency across different SDLC stages - Create Architecture and high-level design artifacts - Conduct technical feasibility assessments - Identify efficient ways to meet client requirements - Guide the team technically - Collaborate closely with the offshore team - Act as a communication medium between the client and offshore - Embrace a learning culture that encourages teamwork, collaboration, excellence, diversity, and respect Qualification Required: - Minimum 11 years of experience in Salesforce - Proficiency in Salesforce technologies including Classic SFDC, force.com, salesforce dotcom, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, and Vlocity Please note: Salesforce certifications and experience in CRM technologies such as SFDC Sales Cloud, SFDC Service Cloud, and Salesforce Lightning are preferred skills for this role.,
