Job Description

As a Principal Consultant in this role, you will have the opportunity to interact with key stakeholders and utilize your expertise in Salesforce technologies such as Classic (SFDC/salesforce.com/force.com/salesforce dotcom), Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, and Vlocity. Your technical proficiency will be essential across various phases of the Software Development Life Cycle, encompassing Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition, and Design. Key Responsibilities: - Create Architecture and high-level design artifacts - Perform technical feasibility assessments and identify efficient solutions for client requirements - Provide technical guidance to the team - Collaborate closely with offshore teams, serving as a liaison between the client and offshore - Foster a learning culture that values teamwork, collaboration, excellence, and diversity Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 11 years of experience in Salesforce technologies - Proficiency in Classic, Lightning Web Components, Apex, and Vlocity - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders and offshore teams In this role, you will contribute significantly to the success of projects by leveraging your technical expertise and playing a pivotal role in the development and implementation of solutions that meet client requirements.
