Salesforce Solution Architect, Vlocity

As a Salesforce Solution Architect at EPAM, you will have the following responsibilities: - Collaborate with the Functional team to determine the best implementation approach for Salesforce Industries solutions. - Identify solution components within and outside the Salesforce product suite, including Security, Integration, and Migration. - Play a Technical Architect role on Salesforce Industries projects, contributing part-time to multiple projects simultaneously. - Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of key processes in industry-specific CRM solutions such as Quote to Order, MACD, and Policy Management. - Utilize process modeling tools and best practices effectively. - Manage and mentor a team of junior technical Salesforce Industries architects and developers. - Provide Sales Support by assisting in scoping, solutioning, and estimating sales opportunities. Assist in the creation of Statements of Work (SOW) as needed. - Contribute to Practice Development by mentoring resources, taking on leadership roles to enhance practice capabilities, and more. - Work closely with clients to comprehend their business challenges, complex processes, and requirements. Help in developing solutions based on Vlocity and Salesforce platforms. - Possess a minimum of 2 hands-on Salesforce Industry (Vlocity) implementation experiences in any of the following industries: CMT, Insurance, Health, or Energy. - Aid in developing technical design documentation and ensure successful delivery. - Demonstrate expertise in Vlocity Data Model and various Vlocity components such as DataRaptor, Cards, OmniScript, VlocityDX, Integration Procedures, CPQ, and either EPC or Ratings Engine. - Have integration experience using REST and SOAP APIs. - Experience in Dev Ops for Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) using tools like Copado, Bamboo, or others. - Possess certification in a Vlocity supported industry. - For Senior Developers and Architects, familiarity with Lightning Web Components (LWC) is preferred. - Expected to be knowledgeable and experienced in the domain. Requirements: - Minimum of 12 years of overall IT experience, with at least 8 years in Salesforce. - Demonstrated experience in technology implementation for full lifecycle enterprise software projects. - Proficiency in creating technical architecture for complex Salesforce implementations. - Hands-on experience with a Salesforce Industries (or previously Vlocity) product. - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. - Strong background in Cloud Computing solutions, including strategy, design, implementation, and management. - Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and contribute creatively within a team. - Preferred experience in the Communications, Healthcare, or Financial Services industries.
