As a Salesforce Solution Architect specializing in Vlocity at EPAM, you will collaborate with the Functional team to determine the most effective way to implement Salesforce Industries solutions. This includes solution components both within and outside the Salesforce product suite, such as Security, Integration, and Migration. You will also take on the Technical Architect role in Salesforce Industries projects, often working on multiple projects simultaneously. Your responsibilities will include having a deep understanding of industry-specific CRM solutions, process modeling tools, and best practices. Additionally, you will be tasked with managing and mentoring a team of junior technical Salesforce industries architects and developers. You will provide sales support by assisting in scoping, solutioning, and estimating sales opportunities, as well as contributing to the creation of Statements of Work (SOW). Moreover, you will be involved in practice development by mentoring resources, taking on leadership roles to enhance overall practice capabilities, and working closely with clients to understand their business challenges and requirements. To qualify for this role, you must have a minimum of 2 Salesforce Industry (Vlocity) implementation experiences in industries such as CMT, Insurance, Health, or Energy. You should possess hands-on experience with various Vlocity tools and components including DataRaptor, Cards, OmniScript, DX, Integration Procedures, CPQ, and either EPC or Ratings Engine. Integration experience using REST and SOAP APIs, as well as familiarity with DevOps for CI/CD using tools like Copado or Bamboo, is also required. A certification in a Vlocity supported industry is a mandatory prerequisite. For Senior Developers and Architects, familiarity with LWC is expected, and a strong knowledge and experience in the domain are essential requirements. The ideal candidate for this role should have over 12 years of overall IT experience, with at least 8 years of experience in Salesforce. You should have a proven track record in technology implementation for full lifecycle enterprise software projects, as well as experience in creating technical architectures for complex Salesforce implementations. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is necessary, along with a strong background in Cloud Computing solutions. The ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment, think creatively within a team, and experience in Communications, Healthcare, or Financial Services industries are preferred qualifications. In terms of technologies, you should be proficient in Salesforce, Vlocity, Salesforce CPQ, Salesforce Architecture, NFR's, Design Patterns, Pre-Sales, and Architecture Design.,
