About the Job Role :
FSC certification and experience (mandatory).
Salesforce Admin certification with solid Admin knowledge.
Strong BA knowledge (Salesforce / other BA certification preferred).
Experience in integration testing using Postman, Swagger (service testing & attribute mapping).
High-level understanding of integration middleware tools (Jitterbit, MuleSoft).
Ability to map business requirements with Salesforce, identify gaps, and suggest improvements.
Skilled in writing queries and performing analysis.
Strong communication and cross-team collaboration skills.
Ability to identify and mitigate risks in system implementations
