Here’s a little taste of your challenge:

• Design, develop, and deploy customized Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Components (LWC/Aura), Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL.
• Manage and optimize Salesforce Flows, demonstrating strong capabilities in Flow Builder and automation best practices.
• Configure Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and process builders to meet business requirements.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and other integration tools.
• Hands-on experience with implementing Salesforce Service Cloud
• Hands-On Experience with Salesforce Community Cloud, Salesforce Case Management, Salesforce Omni-Channel, Salesforce Knowledge Base, Salesforce Survey
• Knowledge of Salesforce Cloud AI agent platform and its integration into business processes, is a plus.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle — including analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Optimize and maintain existing Salesforce applications to improve performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business analysts, QA, and project managers) to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain documentation including technical design, configuration, and release management.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce security, data governance, and coding standards.
• Provide ongoing production support and troubleshooting for Salesforce applications.
• Stay updated with new Salesforce features and releases and recommend enhancements or improvements.

There is no set route to becoming part of Bridgestone Salesforce CoE, but to be successful in this role, this is the kind of profile we have in mind:

• 5+ years of proven experience as a Salesforce Developer with strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM platforms.
• Manage and optimize Salesforce Flows, demonstrating strong capabilities in Flow Builder and automation best practices.
• Proficient in Salesforce Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, Aura and associated development tools.
• Familiarity with Salesforce integration patterns and tools (e.g., REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft).
• Knowledge of Salesforce Cloud AI agent platform is a plus
• Hands-on experience with implementing Salesforce Service Cloud
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
• Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently, and report on status and planning of own work.
• Experience with Salesforce data model, security, and sharing rules.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce DevOps tools (e.g., Git, AutoRabit, Gearset, or similar).
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and version control.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience in Telephony Solutions like Salesforce Voice, Genesys others are preferred
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working with global teams and multi-cloud environments
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
