Description
You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying customised Salesforce solutions with a strong focus on Financial Services Cloud (FSC). Your tasks will include taking complete ownership of project tasks from requirement gathering to development and deployment, leading Salesforce integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools, and developing and maintaining Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex code for scalable and robust solutions. It will be crucial for you to ensure platform scalability, maintainability, and adherence to Salesforce best practices. Collaboration with business users, architects, and IT stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications and implement effective solutions is a key aspect of this role. Furthermore, you will be expected to mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce clean coding standards and performance optimization. Proactively troubleshooting and resolving production issues with minimal downtime and taking ownership of new project modules to deliver them under tight timelines will be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will need to liaise with cross-functional teams to resolve dependencies and enable seamless project execution, actively participate in technical reviews, client discussions, and design sessions, and ensure compliance with platform and security guidelines while developing and deploying Salesforce features.
