Salesforce Senior Engineer - Financial Services Cloud (FSC)

As a Salesforce Developer, your primary responsibility will be to design, develop, and deploy customised Salesforce solutions with a strong focus on Financial Services Cloud (FSC). You will take complete ownership of project tasks from requirement gathering to development and deployment. This includes leading Salesforce integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools. You will be tasked with developing and maintaining Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex code to create scalable and robust solutions. It is essential to ensure platform scalability, maintainability, and adherence to Salesforce best practices. Collaboration with business users, architects, and IT stakeholders is crucial to translate business requirements into technical specifications and implement effective solutions. Additionally, you will mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce clean coding standards and performance optimization. Proactively troubleshooting and resolving production issues with minimal downtime is part of your responsibilities. Taking ownership of new project modules and delivering them under tight timelines is also expected. You will need to liaise with cross-functional teams to resolve dependencies and enable seamless project execution. Active participation in technical reviews, client discussions, and design sessions is crucial. Ensuring compliance with platform and security guidelines while developing and deploying Salesforce features is essential. Maintaining documentation for configurations, customizations, and integrations is also part of the role.
