Salesforce Selenium + Accelq QA

Role Overview: As a QA Automation Engineer at NTT DATA, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and reusable automated test frameworks using tools like AccelQ, Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright. You will create end-to-end test strategies for Salesforce CPQ, sales, and experience cloud, integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines, conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high code quality in test suites. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify test requirements, mentor junior QA engineers, and work on performance and load testing when needed will also be part of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain scalable and reusable automated test frameworks using tools like AccelQ, Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright. - Create end-to-end test strategies for Salesforce CPQ, sales, and experience cloud. - Integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions). - Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high code quality in test suites. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify test requirements and optimize coverage. - Mentor junior QA engineers and support best practices in test automation. - Work on performance and load testing when needed (using tools like JMeter or Locust). - Ensure traceability of test cases to business and technical requirements. - Analyze test results, debug failures, and report quality metrics to stakeholders. Qualifications Required: - Senior Automation QA experience in Salesforce. - 5+ years of experience in Salesforce QA automation. - Hands-on experience with AccelQ or similar automation tools. - Strong coding/scripting skills in Java, JavaScript, Python, or similar languages. - Experience with API testing using Postman, RestAssured, or similar tools. - Solid understanding of QA methodologies, testing strategies, and the software development lifecycle. - Experience with version control and defect tracking tools (Git, Jira). - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments.
