About the Role :
Are you a seasoned Salesforce Sales Cloud expert with 6+ years of experience Do you have a passion for transforming sales processes and driving CRM excellence We're looking for a dynamic, results-driven Salesforce Sales Cloud Specialist to join our innovative team based in Bangalore. This is a hybrid role that offers a unique opportunity to lead Salesforce implementations, craft scalable solutions, and drive business growth through effective use of Salesforce Sales Cloud functionalities.Key Responsibilities : - Lead end-to-end Salesforce Sales Cloud implementations, ensuring solutions meet business requirements and drive success.- Design and deliver scalable and effective Salesforce solutions focused on lead management, forecasting, opportunity tracking, and other Sales Cloud functionalities.- Configure, customize, and optimize Salesforce Sales Cloud applications to enhance user experience and drive efficiency.- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and digital transformation.- Utilize advanced Salesforce technologies such as Apex, Lightning, and Flow to build customized solutions.- Manage third-party integrations with Salesforce, ensuring smooth and seamless connectivity.- Work with cross-functional teams to align Salesforce strategy with broader business goals.- Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high adoption rates across the organization.- Shape the Salesforce strategy and contribute to the overall digital transformation journey.Required Skills and Qualifications : - 6+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, including lead management, forecasting, opportunity tracking, and reporting.- Proficient in Salesforce development technologies : Apex, Lightning, Flow, and Visualforce.- Experience with third-party integrations with Salesforce.- Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, customizations, and automation features.- Ability to design scalable Salesforce solutions and collaborate across teams.- In-depth understanding of CRM processes and sales operations.- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Strong communication skills and ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Preferred Qualifications : - Salesforce Certifications (Sales Cloud Consultant, Platform Developer I/II).- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management.- Previous experience in digital transformation or CRM optimization projects.
