Role Overview: You will be responsible for designing, testing, and maintaining software programs for operating systems or applications to be deployed at client ends, ensuring they meet 100% quality assurance parameters. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct Salesforce application functional, system, and end-to-end testing. - Understand requirements, plan tests, execute tests, manage defects, and communicate test outcomes effectively. - Design and develop automated test scripts tailored for Salesforce applications to ensure comprehensive test coverage. - Develop reusable and reliable automation frameworks to streamline testing processes and improve efficiency. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align testing objectives with business requirements. - Identify, document, and track software defects to resolution, maintaining clear communication throughout the defect lifecycle. - Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved. - Drive continuous improvement of test automation practices and processes. - Uphold the highest standards of quality for Salesforce applications through meticulous testing and validation procedures. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field; master's degree preferred. - 6+ years of Salesforce automation testing experience. - Experience as a Salesforce Automation Tester. - Hands-on experience with Salesforce testing, Automation (Cucumber BDD, Selenium, Java, TestNG), and Microsoft SQL Server Database. - Strong understanding of Salesforce Platform, including configuration and customization capabilities. - Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (OOPS) and programming languages such as Java. - Experience with CI/CD tools and processes. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Excellent understanding of testing life cycle, SDLC, Test Processes, and Defect life cycle. - Knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes, preferably SAFe Agile methodology. - Experience in test management tools like Rally, JIRA, MQC. - Excellent communication skills and collaborative mindset. - Salesforce certifications (e.g. Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator).
