Salesforce Quality Automation

You will be responsible for designing, testing, and maintaining software programs for operating systems or applications to be deployed at client end, ensuring they meet 100% quality assurance parameters. - Conduct Salesforce application functional, system, and end-to-end testing. - Understand requirements, plan tests, execute tests, manage defects, and analyze test outcomes. - Design and develop automated test scripts tailored for Salesforce applications to ensure comprehensive test coverage. - Develop efficient, reusable, and reliable automation frameworks to streamline testing processes. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business requirements and align testing objectives. - Identify, document, and track software defects to resolution, maintaining clear communication throughout the defect lifecycle. - Perform regression testing when bugs are resolved. - Drive continuous improvement of test automation practices and processes. - Uphold the highest standards of quality for Salesforce applications through meticulous testing and validation procedures. - Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field; master's degree preferred. - 6+ years of Salesforce automation testing experience. - Hands-on experience as a Salesforce Automation Tester. - Proficiency in Salesforce testing, Automation (Cucumber + Selenium + Java + TestNG), and Microsoft SQL Server Database. - Strong understanding of Salesforce Platform, Object-Oriented Programming, and proficiency in programming languages such as Java. - Experience with CI/CD tools and processes. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Excellent understanding of testing life cycle, SDLC, Test Processes, Defect life cycle. - Knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes. - Experience in test management tools like Rally, JIRA, MQC. - Excellent communication skills and collaborative mindset. - Salesforce certifications (e.g. Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator).
