• Design and develop solutions that meet Salesforce and enterprise standardsAble to assess business requirements and translate into solutionsMaintaining solution architecture diagrams

• Providing mentorship and knowledge sharing to technical team members and stakeholders
• Leading cross functional teams to align Salesforce solutions with business goals
• Managing the technical delivery of custom development integrations and data migration elements of a Salesforce implementation
• Regularly monitor and review usage of the application and improve the overall quality of the product
• Stay up to date with Salesforce platform updates new capabilities and bring those learnings to improve the application
• Take an active role in mentoring team performance management process by completing goal setting interim review and year end review on a timely basis and soliciting ongoing feedback
• Adapt and remain effective in a fast paced changing environment

• 4 year bachelors degree in Software Engineering from a recognized university or equivalent10 years of experience in Salesforce Development
• 5 years of experience developing using the Salesforce Lightning Platform
• 4 years of architecture experience
• Lightning Web Components experience is must
• Integration implementation via middleware springboot preferred
• Strong understanding of multiple app architecture and able to design robust solutions
• Experience applying software engineering design patterns including a strong understanding of object oriented concepts coding standards and practicesStrong understanding of web services including SOAP REST standards and security models integration patterns and methods
• Strong understanding of HTML CSS and Javascript
• Experience working in a fast pace Agile development environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Results oriented individual with strong mentoring and problem solving skillsProficient in using Integrated Development Tools such as IntelliJ Eclipse Visual Studio along with Source Control Systems such as git
