Salesforce Omnistudio Lead

As a Salesforce OmniStudio Lead at Atrium, you will have the opportunity to join a team of industry experts who are dedicated to pushing the boundaries of what is possible by leveraging AI and Analytics to deliver innovative solutions for clients. Your role will involve designing scalable solutions using Salesforce and OmniStudio capabilities, providing technical and strategic recommendations to support the organization's growth, and developing high-quality, customized solutions primarily utilizing Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce. Key Responsibilities: - Act as an application functionality and technology expert, taking ownership of the full life cycle for applications - Engage in requirements elaboration and clarification with business analysis and end-user teams - Participate in the architecture and technical planning process for new and existing features, creating detailed designs to support requirements - Develop logical and high-quality code that meets functional specifications and technical requirements for reusability, maintainability, and scalability - Document logical and deployment architecture and maintain the development environment - Establish best practices around Salesforce.com solutions - Ensure technical consistency and stability within applications, focusing on performance, reliability, and maintainability - Collaborate with on-site and off-site developers, performing hands-on Salesforce.com development including Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, Triggers, Custom Objects, etc. - Handle web services API integrations with internal and 3rd Party systems - Demonstrate integrity and authenticity in your interactions, effectively managing relationships and expectations with team members and clients - Take initiative and go beyond what is required in your daily job Qualifications Required: - BS degree or equivalent with 6+ years of IT experience and at least 2+ years of experience in Salesforce.com architecture, design, and development - Strong object-oriented development skills - Proficiency in the Salesforce.com development environment, including custom objects, Apex, Visualforce, IDE, Triggers, Communities, and Web Service integration - Focus on Apex testing and governor limits - Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) Certification is highly preferred - Mandatory 2+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce OmniStudio (Vlocity) components, including DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, OmniScripts, FlexCards, and utilizing the IDX build tool for deployment - Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable, reusable OmniStudio components and functional prototypes At Atrium, we believe in fostering a diverse workforce to drive inclusion across the business and match our growth ambitions.
