Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) - Multi Channel Campaign

As a Lifecycle Marketing Specialist at our company, you will be responsible for executing various lifecycle marketing campaigns across different channels like email, in-app message, push, and SMS. Your role will involve building, testing, deploying, and reporting on marketing campaigns, lifecycle campaigns, reengagement, drip, and transactional emails. Key Responsibilities: - Execute lifecycle ad hoc and automated marketing communications through multiple channels for acquisition, retention, winback, and transactional purposes - Monitor campaigns post-deployment to ensure completion and accuracy - Conduct A/B testing across all channels to optimize content and design for improved performance - Monitor and maintain running automated campaigns for efficient functionality - Report on campaign performance to achieve KPIs and department goals Qualifications: - 3+ years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud - 2+ years of experience using and editing HTML - 1+ years of experience using SQL and similar queries for data analysis - Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Einstein AI is a significant advantage - Experience with platforms like Pendo, Braze, or Swrve is a plus - Experience in setting up automated marketing communications - Strong execution capability with high standards in a fast-paced business environment - Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communication, or related field, or equivalent experience - High attention to detail If you find the above description aligning with your skills and experience, please reach out to madhushree.v@careerxperts.com.,
