Role Purpose
The Salesforce Junior Administrator will provide day-to-day production support and basic configuration for ERM’s Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (MCAE). This role focuses on ticket resolution, user support, and maintaining data integrity, while assisting with minor configuration changes and deployment activities. The Salesforce Junior Administrator will help ensure smooth operations, timely issue resolution, and adherence to governance standards.
Key Responsibilities
Provide first-line support for Salesforce users, resolving tickets promptly and escalating complex issues as needed.
Perform minor configuration tasks (e.g., fields, page layouts, reports, dashboards, flows).
Run reports and build dashboards to support business needs and ensure accurate data insights.
Assist with data management activities, including imports, exports, deduplication, and quality checks.
Monitor system health, storage, and performance; report anomalies to senior team members.
Support deployment activities, including sandbox refreshes and change set management.
Maintain documentation of configuration changes and support processes.
Assist with user and license management, including profile updates and permission assignments.
Collaborate with developers and testers during Agile cycles for UAT and releases.
Stay informed on Salesforce releases and assist in testing new features.
Uphold data security and privacy standards during all support activities.
Skills & Experience
1–3 years of experience in Salesforce administration or support.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and MCAE and/or Net Zero Cloud is a plus
Basic understanding of Salesforce security model and data management best practices.
Experience supporting end-user tickets and providing effective customer service.
Proficiency in creating reports and dashboards in Salesforce.
Strong documentation and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies preferred.
Basic understanding of APIs and integrations desirable.
Salesforce Certified Administrator (required).
Comfortable working across global time zones
Working Model
Hybrid (Gurugram + remote), aligned to global collaboration windows; occasional extended hours for cross-time-zone work.
Late Shifts for extended coverage:

Shift assignments depend on role requirements and global project alignment. As processes mature and automation increases, reliance on shifts will reduce.
