Salesforce Infrastructure Specialist

Role Overview: As a Salesforce Infrastructure Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to design, implement, and maintain the architecture supporting Salesforce applications. Your focus will be on optimizing performance, security, scalability, and integrations to ensure a robust infrastructure for critical business processes. Key Responsibilities: - Design and maintain the architecture supporting Salesforce environments throughout various stages including development, testing, staging, and production. - Ensure system stability, scalability, and high availability of Salesforce platforms. - Implement and manage robust security measures like access controls, role hierarchies, and data encryption. - Ensure compliance with data governance policies and regulatory requirements such as GDPR and HIPAA. - Monitor and optimize Salesforce system performance, identifying and resolving bottlenecks. - Oversee integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs, middleware, and ETL tools. - Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce deployments. - Establish monitoring systems to track Salesforce health and usage metrics. Qualification Required: - In-depth knowledge of Salesforce architecture and infrastructure components. - Experience with tools like Salesforce CLI, Data Loader, Monitoring APIs, encryption, and platform security features. - Strong understanding of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, and Copado. - Familiarity with integration platforms like MuleSoft, Informatica, or AWS services. - 4+ years of experience managing Salesforce environments in an enterprise setting. - Proven track record in Salesforce platform optimization and security. - Experience with cloud infrastructure platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus.,
