Description
A technical architect (TA) plays a crucial role in designing the key technical components of a solution and guiding Wipro technical resources throughout the project lifecycle. By identifying design issues early on, sharing best practices, and suggesting alternative solutions, the TA helps mitigate technical risks and ensures successful project delivery. Additionally, the TA conducts design and code reviews at significant project milestones. Responsibilities: - Possess hands-on experience with Omnistudio DataRaptor, Omnistudio FlexCards, Omnistudio OmniScript, SFIDX, Omnistudio Integration Procedures, and Omnistudio CPQ. - Evaluate technological trade-offs and feasibility to make informed decisions aligned with project constraints. - Serve as the technical expert on Wipro projects focusing on Salesforce.com, SFI, and the Force.com platform. - Design and implement cloud-based business technology solutions, particularly centered around Salesforce.com. - Directly engage in or oversee the development of business requirements, specifications, process flows, application design, configuration, testing, and deployment. - Collaborate with clients to lead projects, facilitate business process analysis sessions, and deliver key technology components. - Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, including offshore colleagues. - Conduct business professionally by fulfilling commitments, responding promptly to requests, and maintaining punctuality in meetings. - Familiarity with project management fundamentals and ability to take on project management responsibilities. - Act as a subject matter expert in SFI. - Confidently challenge and guide customers towards appropriate solutions, advocating for their best interests. - Offer creative uses of standard cloud software functionalities to address business requirements effectively. Required Qualifications: - Minimum of 12 years of project experience in packaged software or custom development implementations. - Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Siebel, Clarify, Vantive, Peoplesoft, NetSuite) or Messaging and Collaboration software. - Oversight of technical decisions and activities within project teams. - Proficiency in identifying platform limitations and devising alternative design strategies. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Strong problem-solving skills to address conflicts between business requirements and technical capabilities. - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field. - At least 8 years of hands-on technical leadership experience. - Prior experience in SFI Insurance cloud or relevant certification(s). - Minimum of 5 years of Salesforce development experience. - Experience working on deployment teams, preferably using Agile development methodologies for at least 3 years. - Knowledge of ESM Package is a plus. - Over a year of SFI architecture experience in SFI Insurance cloud. - Excellent communication skills for effective customer interactions, email correspondence, and technical presentations. - Business operations and process understanding in the Insurance Sector. - Proficiency in directing and leading development teams. - Familiarity with Agile Methodology and SCRUM Framework. - Salesforce advanced administrator, advanced developer, or technical architect certifications are highly desirable. - Current Salesforce.com certifications (developer, administrator, sales/service, TA, etc). - Previous experience as a Technical Architect in various projects. - SFI Platform Developer/Consultant certification. - SFI CPQ certification or equivalent in Salesforce CPQ or Apttus CPQ.,
